RESPONSABILITIES
- Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance plans at local level.
- Maintain a CMMS program at local level.
- Identify and maintain Stocks of Critical Parts.
- Collaborate with corporate and local Engineering Department in the design of new lines, modifications and optimization of
equipment and auxiliary systems. - Leading, coaching and developing maintenance department.
- Providing health and safety practices within the site.
- Managing KPI’s.
- Manage contractors and suppliers.
- Manage maintenance and CAPEX budgets.
- Collaborate in the development of production processes, procedures and instructions ensuring maximum efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS (Must & Desiderable)
Higher National Diploma or higher
Management experience of engineering maintenance teams
Essential experience in the food industry
Nebosh or IOSH Qualified and Practiced are desired
Knowledge and experience in optimization of facilities and Processes
Customer-oriented and with good leadership and planning ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Availability to travel
CONDITIONS
Day shift
Reporting directly to the Plant manager
High degree of training and development
