Last week, Dacsa Group participated in the Asindown Charity Calendar Dinner, an event organised in collaboration with Valencia CF and held at La Mare Que Va.
This annual event, which has become a tradition, aims to support Asindown and its beneficiaries, as well as to highlight the role of entities that, like Dacsa Group, collaborate with different initiatives.
The Charity Calendar, which has been transforming lives for almost two decades, is a key element in the financing of Asindown’s projects. The 2024 edition was no exception, and the gala dinner at La Mare Que Va was testament to the positive impact of this initiative.
La Mare Que Va, one of the projects realised thanks to the funds raised by the calendar, has become a training centre in hospitality and tourism for people with Down’s syndrome and intellectual disabilities, offering opportunities for personal and professional development.
During the dinner, more than 70 companies gathered to celebrate and renew their commitment to the social aims of the Asindown Foundation. Among these companies was Dacsa Group, which was represented by Lorena Lázaro, Group Brand and Communication Manager of Dacsa Group.
The Charity Calendar dinner is not only an opportunity to raise funds, but also to recognise the joint efforts of all the entities involved.
Dacsa Group, through its participation in this and other Asindown Valencia projects, reaffirms its social commitment and its desire to contribute to a more inclusive and equitable society. The collaboration in the Charity Calendar and in initiatives such as La Mare Que Va are clear examples of the commitment to generate a positive impact on the community.
